The Jacobs Ladder Challenge is an exciting competition that will get your trainers excited, and your clients involved. It is customized competition that allows you and your trainers to track accrued feet climbed in a given time period. Upon sign-up, your health club will receive a Jacobs Ladder Gear Pack that you can choose to use how you wish.

Disclaimer: I, as an agent for the sponsoring institution (“The Sponsor”) agree to utilizing the Jacobs Ladder website www.jacobsladderexercise.com to input and report the results of a fitness contest using Jacobs Ladder. The Sponsor also understands that The Sponsor takes on all responsibility and liability of running a fitness contest. Jacobs Ladder LLC bears no responsibility and/or liability to running this contest. Jacobs Ladder LLC merely has set up a website to input and report results. The Sponsor agrees that all fitness contestants will be prescreened to ensure proper health, fitness level and knowledge of the functioning of Jacobs Ladder. As The Sponsor, we agree to set reasonable rules and regulations around the fitness contest. As the Sponsor, we agree to not discriminating because of gender, race or religion from individuals wishing to participate in the fitness contest.
In running the contest, The Sponsor agrees that all results that are input into the website, will be accurate, verified and validated. The Sponsor understands that inaccurate results reporting undermines the validity of the fitness contest and any prizes may be revoked as a result.
